Reservation policy

  • Reservations online or by phone.
  • In summer, a minimum of 2 nights is required to book accommodation units.
  • During statutory holidays a minimum of 3 nights is required for reservations (National Patriots Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day, Labour Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day and March break)

DEPOSITE

An amount equal to 50% of the amount of the reservation, before taxes, is required at the time of the reservation. The balance is payable on arrival. This deposit is not refundable, but it is transferable to a future reservation, subject to availability.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • The owner or his representative is authorized to require a security deposit in the amount of $250 from any user of the campsite, cabins, or marina, if deemed necessary.
  • The deposit will be refunded after verification of the camper’s site or cabin—and to the entire satisfaction of the owner and staff.

PENALTIES

  • Excessive cleaning $150 penalty
  • Smoking inside the units $300
  • Departure after the scheduled rental time $100
  • Any breakage or major deterioration resulting from improper use of the premises and equipment will be billed to the user.

CANCELLATION

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund of the deposit (unless there is a case of force majeure). However, the amount already paid is transferable to a next reservation.
  • For any changes to your reservation, we invite you to contact us at (418) 481-1666.
  • No refund or transfer in the event of an end to your stay or an earlier departure.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED FOR RENTAL

You must be at least 18 years old and be present during the stay to be able to rent an accommodation or a room. ID may be required upon check-in.

INSURANCE

All campers must have personal liability insurance and insurance against fire, theft, and vandalism. .

The owners of the campsite are in no way responsible for damages, costs, losses, or expenses caused to the tenant by a lack of electricity, wind, water, rain, hail, insects, rodents, birds or any other animal, trees, fire, theft, accidents or damage, disturbances, injuries, troubles, inconveniences caused by the acts of other tenants or third parties.
