An amount equal to 50% of the reservation total, before taxes, is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 24 hours before your arrival. This deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a future reservation, subject to availability.

• The owner or their representative is authorized to require a security deposit of $250 from any user of the campground, cottages or marina, if deemed necessary.
• The deposit will be refunded after the camper’s site or the cottage has been inspected, and to the full satisfaction of the owner and staff.

• Excessive cleaning: $150 penalty
• Smoking inside the units: $300
• Departure after the scheduled check-out time: $100
• Any breakage or major deterioration resulting from improper use of the premises and equipment will be billed to the user.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer any refund of the deposit (except in cases of force majeure). However, the amount already paid may be transferred to a future reservation.

• No refund or transfer will be granted if you interrupt your stay or leave early.

You must be at least 18 years old and be present during the stay in order to rent accommodation or a hall. A piece of identification may be requested at check-in.

All users must hold personal liability insurance as well as insurance against fire, theft and vandalism.
Otis Nature and its managers are in no way responsible for damages, costs, losses or expenses caused to the tenant by a lack of electricity, wind, water, rain, hail, insects, rodents, birds or any other animal, trees, fire, theft, accidents, or damage, disturbances, injuries, troubles or inconveniences caused by the acts of other tenants or third parties.
